The Customer Solutions Senior Specialist is in charge of implementing the Corporate marketing strategies designed to reach the company’s goals for the assigned products’ portfolio (sales turnover, market share, profit) through the key Customers in scope for the Global Business Unit.

Main Activities:

  • Definition of action plan for the products’ portfolio managed (Aesthetic Medicine, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, others)
  • Continuous interactions with BD &Licensing Mngrs, supporting definition and implementation of key marketing activities to meet sales, turnover, and profit objectives in agreement with the company’s Management
  • Organization of training events (es. webinars, medical masterclasses, scientific workshops, symposia), and marketing initiatives (PR, congresses, exhibitions) to promote the company’s product portfolio offer at the international level
  • Engage and build trustful relationships with International Key Opinion leaders, becoming the key contact for KOLs and OLs
  • Develop communication materials to support international sales, in line with corporate guidelines, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders (Medical dep., Regulatory, R&D, etc.)
  • Partner with Distributors’ marketing teams and progressively deploy the Customer plans to maximize their sales and Mastelli’s growth
  • Ensure continuous interaction with internal departments, mainly with Corporate Marketing, R&D, Production Plant, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Direction, to grant synergy and cohesion to meet the targeted goals
  • Interaction with the Italian marketing team to ensure synergy and consistency concerning communication and branding guidelines provided by the Corporate
  • Monitor the main indicators relating to the performance of the product lines, and suggest corrective actions in case of performance not in line with expectations
  • Marketing budget management

Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Strong marketing skills and Customer management
  • Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the medical device and pharma industry.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and business acumen.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Science, Healthcare, or another relevant, advanced degree in the medical/scientific space.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or sales & marketing, in the healthcare industry, preferably Orthopaedics (plus) and/or Aesthetic Medicine at the local and international level
  • Advanced IT skills in MS Office (i.e. MS Excel / Powerpoint) and Indesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Premiere
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine, Orthopaedics market, and related therapies.
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Another European Language would be a plus.
