External Use: Apply on clean areas (vulva, perineum) once or twice a day
Internal Use: Remove the cap and screw the applicator onto the tube, squeeze the tube from the bottom to fill the applicator with cream. Unscrew the applicator and close the tube with the cap. Lie on the back with the knees drawn towards your body, press the plunger until it stops, then remove the applicator. One application at night
